Upcoming Plans, Please Pray!

Tomorrow, Sunday, we plan to go to Gingoog to visit Pastor Cesar and the church. We haven't be able to go up there for several months. We look forward to beginning the restroom repair project that is happening because if Philip and Abby's wedding!

Next week I will be working on preparation to teach "An Introduction to Biblical Counseling" at Golden City Alliance Fellowship (GCAF) on Friday evening and all day Saturday. We will also be doing a mediation for a couple who is have some really serious marriage problems. This will be on Tuesday, beginning in the morning (4 pm Monday there).

Sunday, October 28th, we plan to fly to Manila to begin following up on Dad's maxillary infection. The Lord has graciously made a way for this not to be a great financial burden! God's used our friend, Marge, whose son's company owns a condo in Makati, to give us a VERY nice place to stay! What a blessing! And it has a kitchen, so we don't have to eat out meals out (unless we want to). A friend who is a dentist is still following up recommendations for an oral surgeon, so please pray we will find the right one, who can solve this problem once and for all. We plan to be in Manila until November 14th. We will have internet and a Vonage phone there, so we will let you know the number when we get there.

We plan to have Thanksgiving with our coworkers at the LRF, and the next day attend Marylan's 'pinning' as a newly hatched student teacher. Ghaga and Pastor Bong will be arriving around then too, to get registered for their wedding and take the government seminar for those to be married. Their wedding will in the mountains of Bukidnon, and we will be god-parents/sponsers for that on December 18th. We have no definite plans for Christmas other than to decorate the house and bless the people who live here.
