An amazing blessing happened when we went to get our rooms on the day the House's were arriving. We had gotten standard (cheapest) rooms on the internet in a three star hotel. We planned to have three to a room until the wedding, then we would all go our own ways. When we went to register, they said they had overbooked, and we had been moved to a different hotel. We were worried. We wanted one close to Peter's conference and to the night bazzar. This one was kind of far, over by the river.
It was the Chiangmai Sheraton! Four nights in a five star hotel, and deluxe rooms side by side on the 24th floor! VERY nice! Bathrobes, slippers and a Belgian choclate and an orchid placed on our pillows every night. The breakfasts that came with the room were at an amazing buffet, with any breakfast food you could possibly imagine, from just about any region in the world. We paid no more for this than for our original cheap room! The Lord gave us all an amazing upgrade! And to let us know it was the best in town, the Princess came and stayed while we were there on the floor above us!
